Dessa väl valda operor ger den spektakulära dimensionen av att se produktionen. Inramningen, kostymerna, skådespeleriet tar dig till La Scala eller var de nu har producerats. Ger en underbar lördagseftermiddag för de av oss som inte kan komma till Met. Nackdelen är den mycket korta inledningen – knappt tre stycken – för var och en. Men då finns Crosss bok om opera i de flesta secondhand bokhandlar.
