Good basic Tex Mex cookbook that has taken the mystery out of preparing tortillas and other Tex Mex foods that I could not completely figure out on my own. I use a little less salt than in the recipes and they are good-delicious even!

Love this cookbook ... this is a welcome upgrade/addition to the
first edition of this cookbook. It's just right for making Tex Mex
