I've never had an allergic reaction to plaster adhesives however I got a terrible reaction to this and am now potentially going to be left with a scar.. 😭

 I use a lot of Kinesiology tape as I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, this really does help. I have ordered a few rolls of this tape over the last few months and this one is the best of the lot.

The fact it is pre-cut (2 inches per strip) makes life so much easier, I have uploaded a short video so you can see how they have done this, my eyesight isn't what it was so I don't need to faff about trying to cut the exact size I need. You get two rolls in the pack which I was very happy about.

The tape helps support my muscles which are weak and sore, it almost feels like my body is being held together by it which is reassuring. It can stay on for 3-5 days I find and is waterproof so no need to remove it when showering.

It can help with muscle or joint pain, and also plantar fasciitis which I also have. It also offers support when you exercise and helps to prevent injuries, I always wear it on my back when I go for long walks.

It is elastic so not restrictive at all and even heavy sweating won't cause it to fall off if applied correctly (put on about 30 mins before any exercise). You might want to 'round' the edges with scissors as this prevents the edges peeling back a bit, although I haven't had an issues at all with this.

Latex free and made of cotton/spandex I haven't experienced any skin problems with it either. For the price I can't recommend highly enough and will be ordering again in future.

It is easy to separate the precut strips of this tape by hand. A grid is on the backing paper which allows for precise cutting with scissors, should a shorter amount be required.

I experienced no skin irritation using this tape.

The tape has held in place for way past the duration of my training sessions. Even when applied to fairly hairy areas.

I have experienced improved comfort when using this product.
