Dr. D G Tamuno-Emine is a Transformational leader, an avid researcher, and a distinguished academic. He is a lecturer in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science at Rivers State University, Nigeria. Born and grew up in Nigeria, Tamuno-Emine has over 30 years of experience as an academic tutor and still counting. Apart from his widely celebrated devotion to service, he speaks passionately about serving humanity with teaching and practical analysis. This passionate interest in educating younger generations is evident, considering the vast number of learners that have passed through his mentorship. Way back in 1986, as an undergraduate, he already exhibited his intellectual prowess; the year he won the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria STAN Award as Best Student in Pure and Applied Science. His love for a mentorship career is the zeal that has led to his newfound love for writing highly educative science-oriented books that recently brought him to the limelight.
