- Directions: Suitable for both wet and dry hair. Take a Teaspoon of Brilliantine and rub it gently into your palms or fingertips. Starting midway through your hair, lightly glide your hand / fingertips through, spreading the Brilliantine evenly through-out. Your hair is left feeling Soft, Shiny and Stronger.
