17 May 2014Mind-expanding book, if you have the TIME to read it...
If you are not already accustomed to reading densely written philosophical texts, you might find this book wordy and difficult to read.

Compared to many "Views" books on theological themes, this one has more theoretical/philosophical discussion and deals much less with Biblical evidence for the various views.

My own interest in the philosophy of time dates back nearly 45 years when I was a first-year grad student in the philosophy department of Johns Hopkins and was taking a course in metaphysics in which the philosophy of time was one of the major issues discussed.
