- SIZE - 1 x 100 ml bottle. Resealable screw cap for storage
- GREAT FOR - GM's specialist linseed bat oil is ideal for the preparation and maintenance of your cricket bat. Oiling the cricket bat blade & edges maintains moisture levels within the blade, reducing the chances of cracking and splitting
- STEP 1 - Evenly apply a small amount of bat oil to a soft cloth and apply an even coat to the bat in repeated forward movements moving down the blade & edges in line with the grain avoiding any stickers or the splice area
- You can visually ensure there is even coverage by holding up towards the light. If any areas missed, reply apply as above
- STEP 2 - Allow bat to dry for 24 hours before use. It is possible to remove any oil that has not been absorbed using very fine sand paper (180-220 ‘grit’ is recommended)
- STEP 3 - A further very light coat of oil is then recommended where sanding has occurred
- STEP 4 – Allow to dry for a further 24 hours
