The book started off too slow stating, and re-stating, the obvious (girls are more sensitive to babies, boys play rough, etc.

Simon Baron-Cohen is a research psychologist who advances a radical notion - that the male and female brains are fundamentally different and that these sex differences are \"hard wired\" rather than largely the result of environmental adaptation.

I found this book fascinating, and fail to see how it can be criticised for being \"sexist\" as the author appears to be concerned about.
