good piece of first-hand history
I have been to The falls a couple of times and I found this a very interesting read since it is written as a first-hand account about 100 years ago.

This is an interesting story of a young woman who heads west to work as a teacher among the the Walapai and Havasupai tribes in Arizona in the early 1900's.
