If I were only allowed one Parsifal recording this might be the one.

There are a number of very good recordings of Parsifal but perhaps only 4 or 5 great ones.

In memory of Peter Hofmann, one of the finest Wagnerian interpretors ever.

I disagree with most 'men' who actually degrades Hofmann's artistic achievement to a mere 'charismatic stage presence'.
